摘要
随着片式多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)工作频率的提高,要求其在高频状态下必须保持较低的等效串联电阻(Res)。从片式电容器的设计及工艺方面对降低其Res值进行了系统研究,结果表明丝网设计、介质层数、介质厚度的适当选择和倒角工艺优化能够大大降低Res值。
As MLCC work frequency is improved, it is requested to keep low ESR at the high frequency condition. The design and process technology in order to decrease equivalent series resistance are discussed during multilayer ceramic producing. The result show that screen design, dielectrics layers, dielectrics thickness and tumbling process technology can decrease equivalent series resistance largely.
