This paper deals more detailly with the history and present condition of the consumer level and structure of the inhabitant in Liaoning;it also deals with exploition of food resources and the assumation of the future in Liaoning province.According to the conditions of food resources and food industry in Liaoning province,the importance of the development in science and technology of food industry is as follows;(1) to make full use of agricultural resources and carry out the processing of grain,meat,vegetables,oil and aquatic products extensively.(2)to develop basic raw material industry including relative industries and grain changed into other food products.(3) to do the adjustment of the product structure and the developing of new products.(4) to expand reprocessing of food and improve social economic value of food resources.The process of wild resources will become the important source of food in future.
