摘要
本文通过对加热钢坯过程的机理分析,建立了一维热传导过程的数学模型;然后,用求解最优控制问题的参数化方法求出了在对各段炉温有一定限制条件下的最优炉温分布;最后将它作为设定值,对连续加热炉系统施加了最小方差控制。整个模拟计算可在一般的IBM-PC/XT微型机上完成,文章给出了一类抛物型分布参数系统的一般的工程控制方法,可望成为科研、设计和生产现场的有力工具。
In this paper, first, based on the analysis of heating process in reheating furnance,the mathematical model of metal heating process is established, the forth order relation of the temper- ature is considered as the boundry condition of the heat transfer. The parameterized method being used, the optimal furnance temperature distribution is solved. Second, the mathematical model of describing the connection between the furnance temperature and the fuel flowing is obtained. Fi- nally, the generalized minimum variance control is enforced on the reheating furnance.
