过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体与免疫调节 被引量：1

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体(PPARs)属于核受体超家族。新近发现PPARs在免疫细胞上广泛表达,PPARs活化后可以负性调节炎症反应基因的转录,PPAR激动剂抑制促炎症因子表达。利用更特异的PPAR配体和基因敲除技术,研究PPARs在调节炎症及免疫反应方面的重要作用,PPAR配体可能成为治疗慢性炎症性疾病的新药物。
