Ⅳ型胶原酶与2型糖尿病大血管病变

摘要 2型糖尿病合并大血管病变时,无论在大血管壁或是血浆中Ⅳ型胶原酶均存在较高水平的表达,高水平的Ⅳ型胶原酶可促进动脉粥样硬化的发展,氧化应激和细胞因子在其中起着重要作用。降低Ⅳ型胶原酶成为目前糖尿病治疗的新靶点。
