核因子-κB与糖尿病血管病变 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病血管病变是糖尿病最主要的慢性并发症之一,高血糖条件下细胞内氧化应激的增加是其最主要的发生机制。核因子-κB(NF-κB)是受细胞的氧化还原状态控制的转录因子之一,参与细胞生长、分化、粘附、凋亡与炎症反应。高血糖、糖基化终末产物、蛋白激酶C均可通过增加细胞内氧化应激反应使NF-κB活化,上调多种细胞因子的表达,参与糖尿病血管病变的发生、发展。对NF-κB的研究将为糖尿病血管病变的防治提供新的思路。
