摘要
目的 :探讨不典型化脓性骨髓炎的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析 6例临床表现不典型化脓性骨髓炎的X线和CT表现 ,并与手术病理结果对照。结果 :6例中急、慢性骨髓炎及骨脓肿各 2例 ,CT诊断正确 4例 ,定性困难1例 ,误诊 1例 ,平片诊断正确 2例。 6例中CT所见征象与手术病理结果基本相符。结论 :化脓性骨髓炎的诊断应以X线为基础 ,CT能提供重要的诊断和鉴别诊断信息。
Objective:To discuss the CT appearance and the value of CT in diagnosis of clinical atypical pyogenic osteomyelitis. Methods:The CT and X-ray findings of 6 cases of pyogenic osteomyelitis with atypical chinical signs were retrospectively analysed and correlated with operative and pathologic findings.Results:From the six cases,there were two cases of acute osteomyelitis,chronic osteomyelitis and Brodie's abscess each. CT made a correct diagnosis in 4,misdiagnosis in 1 and was difficult to make a diagnosis in one. Radiography made a correct diagnosis in 2 of six cases.Conclusion:Plain film should be still the initial imaging study for diagnosis of clinical atypical pyogenic osteomyelitis,and CT can provide important information if the radiographic findings are indefinite.
