利用数字摄影装置行头颅特殊体位摄影

Radiographic examination of some special structures of the skull using digital radiographic device

目的 :讨论利用数字摄影装置作头颅特殊体位摄影的可行性。方法 :通过数字摄影装置对头颅特殊体位 (如许氏位、梅氏位 )成像效果的分析 ,指出在常规X线摄影中获取一些特殊体位的简单方法。结果 :对于较复杂的头颅特殊体位可将被摄部位作为主体 ,而不必考虑更多的因素 (如头颅的头颅指数、角度的大小 ) ,进行体位设计 ,能更直观的一次性成像 ,成功率为 98.69% ,符合诊断要求。结论 :此法与常规许、梅氏位显示方法所获得的图像显示效果相同 ,操作较简便 ,易于掌握。

Objective:To study the feasibility of radiographic examination of some special structures of the skull using digital radiographic device.Methods:Radiography of the temporal bone in Schueller′s position and Mayer′s position was taken using the digital radiographic device in 126 patients. The quality of the pictures were evaluated.Results:The pictures were satisfactory for the diagnosis in 98.69% of the cases in all types of the skulls.Conclusion:Our experience has shown that radiographic examination of some special structures of the skull using digital radiographic decvice is simple and satisfactory for the routine diagnosis.
