超排卵方案对子宫内膜容受性影响的研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜对胚胎的容受性是影响现代辅助生育技术成败的主要原因之一。传统的超排卵方案损害了子宫内膜对胚胎的容受性。促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRHA)是一类新型的辅助超排卵药物,由于其副作用小,治疗周期短,Gn需要量低,OHSS发生率低等,已通过FDA认证并用于临床。GnRHA对子宫内膜容受性的影响成了目前人们颇为关注的问题。
