STR在产前诊断中的应用
摘要
短串联重复序列(ShortTandemRepeatSTR)即微卫星位点,是一种广泛存在于人类基因组、以2～6个碱基为单位的串联重复排列的序列。STR具有高度多态性,可以作为一种理想的遗传标记,广泛应用于连锁图和单基因病等遗传病的相关基因定位。
