端粒、端粒酶和妇科肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 端粒是真核细胞染色体线性DNA分子末端的一种特殊结构,其随细胞分裂进行性缩短,最终导致细胞凋亡。端粒酶能够逆转录合成端粒DNA序列,以维持端粒的长度。大量研究表明,端粒酶的激活在细胞永生化及细胞转化中起重要作用。就近年来端粒、端粒酶和妇科肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
