摘要
介绍一种基于UDP协议的网络音频系统,重点介绍系统网络传输的软件设计和实现。TCP传输能够获得较高的传输质量,但在网络不可靠时会产生很大的时延,而UDP传输能减少时延但传输质量将下降。分析了UDP协议在实时音频传输中的实时性优势,提出实现方案。并给出一个音频点播的例子。
This paper introduces one type of audio networking system based on UDP protocol.The paper emphasizes the design and realization of the system software.The advantage of the UDP protocol on real-time system is analyzed.Delivery by TCP gives superior decoding quality but with very long delays when the network is unreliable,whereas delivery by UDP has negligible delays but with degraded quality when packets are lost.Finally,an instance of Audio on Demand is given.
