摘要
目的:通过对系列可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石生物降解性研究,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:根据分组将SCHA-200R材料植入兔的背部肌肉内,术后4,12,24周取材,对标本处理后秤重,计算得出材料的降解率。结果:CHA-200RL,CHA-200RM,CHA-200RH在降解性方面梯度递减。结论:SCHA-200R(CHA-200RL,CHA-200RM,CHA-200RH)是具有应用前景的新型骨组织工程支架材料。
AIM:To provide an experiment basis for the application of coral hydroxyapatite by studying the biological degradation of a series of controllable absorbability of coral hydroxyapatite. METHODS:The material SCHA 200R was implanted into the muscle of rat according to the grouping.Then,specimens were collected 4,12 and 24 weeks later,and the degradation rate of the materials was calculated after weighing the specimens. RESULTS:The biological degradation of CHA 200RL,CHA 200RM and CHA 200RH was shown in a gradient descending. CONCLUSION:SCHA 200R(CHA 200RL,CHA 200RM,CHA 200RH) is a novel material applied for the scaffolds of bone tissue engineering with expectation.
