应用影像学评估不同内固定对骨折愈合速度及方式质量的差异

摘要 目的:从影像学角度对天鹅记忆接骨器(SMC)与动力加压钢板(DCP)治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效进行对比研究。方法:142例肱骨干骨折分别接受了上述两种内固定治疗,定期进行X线检查,观察骨折愈合情况,取出内固定后进行CT扫描。结果:DCP组骨痂出现较晚、量较少,骨折线消失最晚,骨折区域灰度密度积分及CT值较低;SMC组基本无骨痂出现,骨折线消失最早,并由板状骨直接替代,骨折区域灰度密度积分及CT值较高。结论:与DCP相比,SMC具有力学性能和几何构型上的优势,在促进骨折愈合的速度、方式及质量上有明显的优越性。 AIM:To compare the therapeutic effects of swan like memory connector(SMC) and dynamic compression plate(DCP) on humeral shaft fracture from the view of radiography. METHODS:Totally 142 cases of humeral shaft fracture accepted internal fixation of SMC and DCP respectively. X ray was regularly performed on all patients during fracture healing,and the status of fracture healing was observed.After internal fixation was removed,CT was used to scan the humerus. RESULTS:Callus was found a little in the DCP group,but was hardly found and replaced by plate like bone directly in the SMC group.The fracture line vanished faster in the SMC group than in the DCP group.The integral of gray level density and CT value in the SMC group were higher than those in the DCP group. CONCLUSION:Compared with DCP,SMC has advantages in mechanical properties and geometrical conformation,which are more beneficial to speed,manner and quality of fracture healing.
