神经生长因子调控随意皮瓣血流速度和皮温的作用 被引量:2

Role of nerve growth factor in the regulation of blood flow velocity and skin temperature of random pattern flap

摘要 目的:研究皮瓣愈合过程中在神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF)作用下皮瓣血流速度和皮温变化。方法:采用大鼠背部随意皮瓣动物模型,以自身对照,于术后实验组一次局部注射66.7μgNGF,应用激光和光导纤维技术连续观察皮瓣血流速度和皮温变化。结果:从术后1d开始,实验组皮瓣各部血流速度均较对照组增加显著,实验组尾部、中部和蒂部的血流速度分别为(0.94±0.32),(1.09±0.53),(1.11±0.94)mm/s,对照组分别为(0.85±0.29),(0.96±0.31),(1.01±0.34)mm/s,两者相比具差异有显著性意义(t=2.39,1.98和2.13,P<0.05),至术后5d,实验组皮瓣中部和蒂部的血流速度各为(0.99±0.42),(0.96±0.25)mm/s,对照组的血流速度各为(0.83±0.37),(0.80±0.41)mm/s,增加非常显著(t=2.60和3.31,P<0.01)。皮瓣中部和尾部的皮温差异从术后1d开始,而蒂部则从3d开始,术后1d时实验组皮瓣中部和尾部的皮温分别为(30.91±1.13),(30.15±0.92)℃,对照组分别为(28.95±1.06),(29.05±1.23)℃,术后3d时实验组蒂部皮温为(30.52±0.62)℃,对照组皮温为(29.31±1.19)℃,两者差异有显著性意义(t=2.12,1.99和2.31,P<0.05)。结论:NGF能通过增加皮瓣的血流速度来提高超长随意皮瓣的成活。 AIM:To study the change of blood flow velocity and skin temperature of the random pattern flap during the process of healing under the regulation of nerve growth factor(NGF). METHODS:The animal model of the random pattern flap in rat back was adopted.NGF 66.7 μg were locally injected once only in experimental group after operation with auto control.The changes of blood flow velocity and skin temperature of random pattern flap were observed continuously by using laser and fiber optic techniques. RESULTS:The blood flow velocities of the end,middle and pedicle of the random pattern flap in the experimental group[(0.94±0.32),(1.09±0.53) and (1.11±0.94) mm/s]were obviously faster than those in the control group[(0.85±0.29),(0.96±0.31) and (1.01±0.34) mm/s]1 day after operation(t=2.39,1.98 and 2.13,P< 0.05).The blood flow velocities of the middle and pedicle of random flap in the experimental group[(0.99±0.42),(0.96±0.25) mm/s]were very significantly faster than those in the control group[(0.83±0.37),(0.80±0.41) mm/s]5 days after the operation(t=2.6 and 3.31,P< 0.01).The skin temperatures of the middle and end parts were (30.91±1.13),(30.15±0.92) ℃1 day after the operation and that of the pedicle part was (30.52±0.62) ℃3 days after the operation in the experimental group,significantly higher than those in the control group[(28.95±1.06),(29.05±1.23) and (29.31±1.19) ℃respectively](t=2.12,1.99 and 2.31,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:NGF can promote the survival status by increasing blood flow velocity of the ultra long random flap.
