中药离子导入与康复训练对肩关节周围炎的镇痛作用:随机对照观察

Analgesic effects of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and rehabilitation training on periarthritis of shoulder:A randomized controlled study

目的:研究中药离子导入与康复训练对肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)患者疼痛的缓解程度和良好的临床应用价值。方法:治疗组109例采用中药离子导入治疗,配合康复训练。对照组102例采用阻滞疗法(复方醋酸泼尼松注射液)。4周后用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VisualAnalogueScele,VAS)等方法对结果进行对比研究。结果:治疗组的治愈率(38.5%)和显效率(49.5%)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的治愈时间和镇痛起效时间显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。两组总有效率差异无显著性意义。结论:中药离子导入配合康复训练治疗肩周炎有更好的临床效果,尤其在止痛强度和防治功能障碍上优于阻滞疗法。

AIM:To study the pain relieving effects of Chinese medicine iontophoresis and rehabilitation training on periarthritis of shoulder so as to explore its satisfactory clinical application values. METHODS:Totally 109 patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine iontophoresis and rehabilitation training.One hundred and two patients in the control group were treated with block therapy(compound prednisolone acetate injection). The comparative study on the results was performed with visual analogue scele(VAS) etc.4 weeks after treatment. RESULTS:The cure rate and markedly effective rate were 38.5%and 49.5%respectively in the treatment group,significantly higher than shose in the control group(21.6%and 31.4%,respectively)(P< 0.01).The time for cure and effect taking on pain was shorter in the treatment than in the control group(P< 0.01),but no significant difference was found between the two groups in total effective rate. CONCLUSION:The therapy of Chinese medicine iontophoresis plus rehabilitation training has better clinical effect in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder than the block therapy,especially in relieving pain,preventing and treating dysfunction.
