摘要
介绍复合控制与PD控制相结合的数字调节器在数控凸轮轴磨床凸轮轮廓成形直流伺服系统中的应用。控制结果表明:该伺服系统快速性好,定位准确,满足了凸轮轮廓成形的控制要求。
The paper introduces the application of the digital regulator combiningcomplex control with PD control to DC servo system of cam prefile shaping of the NCgrinder of camshaft. The results show that the servo system possess the characteristicsof rapid respone, precise location. It is satisfied with the control demand of cam profileshaping.
