摘要 雌激素对于维持骨吸收与骨形成的平衡具有极其重要的作用。雌激素对骨代谢具有直接作用。雌激素通过破骨细胞和成骨细胞受体,限制骨转换,抑制骨吸收,提高骨密度。雌激素通过骨代谢调节因子、甲状旁腺激素等发挥其间接调节作用。植物雌激素及其衍生物分子结构与雌激素类似,可以与雌激素受体结合发挥雌激素作用。植物雌激素已成为当前雌激素替代疗法的研究热点。
