摘要 低强度脉冲超声波(Lowintensitypulsedultrasound,LIPU)是一种加速骨折修复,促进骨折愈合的物理疗法。LIPU是一种非侵入性机械能,经皮传递后可在生物器官内产生高频率的声波。1952年意大利学者首先报道了LIPU可加速兔桡骨骨折愈合,随后Heckman和Kris-tiansen等学者关于LIPU促进人胫骨和桡骨远端骨折的报道不仅促使美国FDA批准LIPU的临床应用,同时带来LIPU在骨折愈合修复领域应用和研究的热潮。综述LIPU在新鲜骨折,骨折延迟愈合和不愈合等骨科常见病物理治疗中的应用现状,并从骨折修复相关细胞内生物信号的改变,软骨内化骨早期出现以及加强骨重建修复等角度探讨了LIPU促进骨折愈合修复的可能作用机制。
