摘要
背景:足关节运动变化的动力学研究被广泛应用于临床步态分析、工业机器人和制鞋等领域。应用于二维测量技术已经不能准确地反映足的功能变化和标记的三维运动状况。目的:了解足在三维空间中的角度变化规律。设计:实验研究。地点和对象:在德国Erlangen-Nuremberg大学骨科医院三维运动分析实验室完成,选择5例正常人作足三维运动分析,男3例,女2例;年龄30~50岁。方法:应用热塑材料作三维标志的支架,紧贴足背、足跟。通过ALBAV-ISIONACAM50三维运动分析系统定位标志在三维坐标系的位置,计算出足在三维空间中的角度。主要观察指标:足在三维空间的角度及角度曲线。结果:正确描绘了足的三维运动规律。反映了足的内外旋,内外翻,前后转的过程。结论:该测量方法是一个较为完善的三维人体运动临床和科研分析方法。
BACKGROUND:Studies on the dynamics of motion changes in pedal joint has been widely applied in clinical gait analysis,industrial robots and shoes making.Application of two dimensional measurement technique cannot exactly reflect the changes of foot function and the marked three dimensional(3D) motion any more. OBJECTIVE:To study the law of changing angles of 3D foot motion in 3D system. DESIGN:An experimental study was conducted. SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:The experiment was completed in the 3D Motion Analysis Laboratory,Orthopaedic Hospital,Erlangen Nuremberg University,Germany.Five healthy persons,3 males and 2 females,aged 30-50 years old,were selected for 3D analysis of foot motion. METHODS:The scaffold using thermoplastic material as the 3D marker could closely followed the dorsum and heel of foot.The 3D motion analysis system,ALBAVISION ACAM50 was used to locate the position of the marker in 3D coordinate system and calculate angles of the foot motion in the 3D system. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The 3D foot angles and curves of angles were described. RESULTS:The law of 3D foot motion were described exactly.The course of internal or external rotation,inversion or eversion and forward or backward turn were reflected. CONCLUSION:This present measurement is nearly a flawless method for the scientific research and clinical analysis in 3D body motion.
