摘要
目的:应用自行研制出的系列可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石(SCHA-200R)与ProOsteon500R进行材料学方面的对比。方法:在不同条件下,将滨珊瑚在水热条件下,使珊瑚成为含有不同比例羟基磷灰石的可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石(SCHA-200R),分别对SCHA-200R与ProOsteon500R的X-射线衍射分析,对比两类材料物相组成变化进行对比。结果:SCHA-200R保持了三维多孔的立体结构,孔径大小约为200μm;ProOsteon500R孔径为500μm。结论:珊瑚在一定的条件下通过改性可以变成具有三维空间结构的系列可吸收羟基磷灰石,是一类非常有前景的骨组织工程支架材料。
AIM:To compare SCHA 200R,a self developed controllable degradation coral hydroxyapatite and Pro Osteon 500R in material aspect. METHODS:Under different conditions,natural coral(NC) would become controllable degradation coral hydroxyapatite(SCHA 200R serials) with difference ratios of hydroxyapatite(HA) in hydrothermal condition.X ray diffraction was introduced in the analysis of SCHA 200R and Pro Osteon 500R for the comparison of these two materials in component alteration. RESULTS:SCHA 200R maintained a solid structure with multiple holes in three dimensions,and the diameter of the well was 200 μm compared with that of 500 μm in Pro Osteon 500R. CONCLUSION:Coral can become a series of controllable degradation coral hydroxyapatite with three dimensional space structure through denaturalisation under certain condition,which is a new bone tissue engineering scaffold material with a very bright future.
