局部注射类固醇治疗颈肩腰腿痛1060例(英文)

Local injection therapy with steroids in 1 060 patients with neck-shoulder and lumbocrural pain

背景:颈肩腰腿痛是一类较难治愈的疾病,治疗的方法多种多样,复发率高。目的:了解局部注射类固醇颈肩腰腿痛的疗效,旨在找出一种简单快速方法治愈这类疾病。设计:以诊断为依据自身对照研究。地点和对象:实验在同济医院外科门诊颈肩腰腿痛诊疗中心完成,对象为1251例颈肩腰腿痛患者,男504例,女747例;年龄19～84岁,平均49.1岁。干预:在控制用药剂量和时间的前提下,采用局部注射类固醇,并且以小针刀、针灸为辅助治疗的方法治疗颈肩腰腿痛,并分别于治疗后1～6次逐次进行疗效评定。主要观察指标:患者的症状及自身感觉。结果:1251例患者中经治疗有完整资料的1060例,基本痊愈为95.3%,无好转为4.7%。结论:用类固醇局部注射治疗颈肩腰腿痛是一项有效的治疗方法。

BACKGROUND:Neck shoulder and lumbocrural pain(NSLP) is one of the diseases,which are relatively difficult to cure.There are many methods to treat it but the recurrence rate is high. OBJECTIVE:To understand the curative effect of local injection therapy with steroids and try to find a simple and rapid method to cure this kind of disease. DESIGN:An auto control study depended on diagnosis. SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:The experiment was completed in the Diagnosis and Therapy Center of NSLP,Surgery Outpatient Service,Tongji Hospital.The subjects were 1251 patients with NSLP,504 males and 747 females,aged 19-84 years old,averaged:49.1 years old. INTERVENTIONS:With controlled dosage and treatment time,local injection therapy with steroids was applied and small needle scalpel and acupuncture were also used as accessory treatments.Therapeutic evaluations were conducted respectively after 1-6 treatments. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Symptoms and auto feelings of the patients. RESULTS:Totally 1060 of the 1251 patients who were treated had complete material.Basically healed:95.3%,no improvement:4.7%. CONCLUSION:Local injection with steroids in patients with NSLP is an effective therapeutic method.
