摘要
本文分析了外圆磨削非稳定过程对加工质量和生产率的影响,建立了非稳定过程的数学模型,指出了影响非稳过程的关键因素是其时间常数并提出了抑制非稳过程的几项措施。
This parer analyzes the influence of nonfirm process of exetrnal cylindrical grinding on working quality and ofliciency, establishes the mathematic madel of nonfirm process. It points out the key paramenters of influening noufirm process on time constant. And it presenten several neasure for restracting nonfirm process.
