摘要
对某汽车厂HF1060型汽车后桥—对主动齿轮和被动齿轮的“拉毛”损坏进行分析,认为产生这种“拉毛”的原因是齿轮的不正确啮合,这种“拉毛”损坏是齿面问在较高磨擦负荷作用下发生“胶合”现象,属典型的粘着磨损。
This paper deals with the scuffing failure analysis of two coupled gears (drive and driven gears) used for the rear axle of HF 1060. It has been shown that this scuffing failure was caused by improper engagement. Furthermore, this scuffing damage is a typical adhesive wear.
