摘要
本文首先建立液固界面计算模型,然后导出液固界面相对界面能函数以及界面平衡结构的新判据β_e。当β_e<2时,界面为粗糙界面;当β_e<2时,界面为光滑界面。β_e因子在热力学方面取决于晶体熔化热和升华热的加权平均值,把它作为界面平衡结构的判据符合实验结果。
This paper first establishes the calculating modal of L-S interface, finally has derived its function of relative interface free energy and a new standard β_e of equilibrious structure on the interface. When β_e<2, the interface is rough; when β_e>2, is smooth. Factor β_e depends on weighted average of fusion heat and sublimation heat of crystal in thermodynamics, it accords with text results that β_e is taken as the standard.
