摘要
根据微型客车车身的结构的特点,利用有限元分析和振动模态试验相结合的方法,提出将车身简化为由空间杆、空间薄壁杆及薄壳单元组成的结构,并用对称与反对称原理取其车身一半作为研究对象,再施加必要的约束条件,建立了力学与数学模型。并编制了一套动力分析软件,利用微机对HH1012X微型车车身进行了动力有限元分析计算,其结果与试验基本一致。
According to the structural features of mini-bus body, by using themethod of finite element analysis and vibration model, this paper puts. forward a simpli-fied body model which is composed of space frame elements, space thin-wall bar ele-ments and thin shell elements. Taking half of the body as the object of study, consider-ing the necessary restrain conditions, the calculating model was established by the use ofprinciples of symmetry and anti-symmetry. As an example, we carried out the dynam-ic finite analysis of mini-bus body of HH1012X on the computer using the program wedesigned. The results agree with the experiment results in the main.
