摘要
研究了两种基体的亚共析钢经激光处理后,其硬化层的硬度梯度及其磨损特性。研究结果表明,45钢激光淬火后,原始组织为调质态的耐磨性比退火态的耐磨性提高三倍。应用这一研究结果,对汽车前挡板冲压组合模进行激光处理时,获得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The hardening gradient and the character of abrasion in hardening layer of hypoeutectoid steel with two kinds of matrixes that was treated by laser beam have been studied. The resultshows that after the laser hardening the abrasive resistance of 45 steel in the thermal refing state isthree times higher than that in the annealed state. Useing this result, we have obtained obvious techni-cal economical and social efficiency when die of the motor front apront plate was treated by such a lasertreatment.
