摘要 对地观测卫星(ESO)中分辨率成像光谱仪(MODIS)传感器因其具有高时间分辨率、高光谱分辨率、适中的空间分辨率等特点,非常适合大范围、长时期、动态的干旱监测。借鉴以往的各种干旱监测方法,提出了一个基于MODIS的综合性干旱监测模型。该模型纳入与干旱有关的各种参数,并且首次将云指数作为一个重要参数引入模型。通过2003年湖北干旱的实例验证了此模型,结果显示此模型能很好的用于干旱预警与监测。 EOS(earth observation satellites)and MODIS(moderate imaging spectra) data are very suitable for vast extent, long-term and dynamic drought monitoring for its high temporal resolution, high spectral resolution and moderate spatial resolution. Based on MODIS data and the analyses of former remote sensing drought-monitoring models, a comprehensive drought-monitoring model, which considers some factors that might cause drought, was developed. Moreover it was the first time to bring cloud index into this model. Finally, this model with the data obtained in Hubei province in June 2003 was validated. The results show that this model is very suitable for great extent, long-term drought detection and forecast.
