摘要
为加快长江荆江地区防洪预警公用信息的高效集成和信息资源共享,以及为当地水利部门的电子政务建设和防汛会商系统提供决策支持和参考,建立了"长江荆江河段洪水预警公用信息平台网络发布系统"。基于ArcIMS技术,系统平台采用Client/Server和Browser/Server相结合的混合模式,系统体系设计为3层分布式结构。该网络发布系统具有图层控制与管理、数据查询检索、基本信息的空间分析操作功能。
In order to speed up the pace for high-efficient data-integrating and resourse-sharing in Jingjiang reach of Yangtze River, and to provide decision-making support and business service to the local governments departments, the flood foreccasting information issuance system for Jingjiang reach of Yangtze River was constituted by using ArcSAE technology. The system platform adopted a composite mode of Client/Server and Browser/Server, and the three-layer distribution architecture was used in this system. This issuance system possesses multi-functions of map-layer control and management, data searching and retrieval, and spatial analysis operation of basic information.
