核电站反应堆压力容器法兰密封面腐蚀机理的分析 被引量:4

摘要 介绍核电站反应堆压力容器法兰密封面的密封结构 ,对上封头和筒体法兰密封面上的点状腐蚀作了测量 ,并对腐蚀的原因从设计、制造、安装和试验各个环节进行了分析。认为法兰密封面上的点状腐蚀是局部区域的电化学腐蚀 ,并对腐蚀点进行了处理 ,取得很好的效果。在历次换料大修检查中 ,均未在反应堆压力容器法兰密封面上发现任何形式的腐蚀现象 ,为核电站的安全运行奠定了基础。 This article introduced the sealing structure of flange surface of RPV for NPP. Measurements on pitting corrosion were implemented on the sealing areas concerned not only for upper head flange but also for shell side flange. Causes of corrosion were analysed from the viewpoint of design, manufacture, installation and test etc. Electrochemical corrosion in part of the region is believed to be the cause of pitting corrosion on both flange sealing surfaces. Good results were achieved after proper disposal of the corrosion. Phenomena of any type of corrosion were not found thereafter in the reactor refueling outages, laying solid foundation for the safe operation of NPP.
