摘要
为解决吸收塔使用过程中出现的焊缝腐蚀大于母材 316L腐蚀的问题 ,采用了多种焊材制作焊接试板 ,通过试验室全浸腐蚀试验和现场挂片试验对焊材进行筛选 ,并最终确定焊材和盖面厚度。
For solving the problem that the corrosion rate of the weld is higher than the base metal in a absorb tower, some specimens using different welding materials were prepared. Comparing them by testing in the laboratory and tower, the best welding material and the thickness of covering weld were obtained.
