胃达喜、贝络纳和瑞贝克联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎

Treatment the bile riflux gastritis with shydrotalcite and mosapride and gentamycine

目的 探讨胃达喜 (铝碳酸镁 )、贝络纳 (莫沙必利 )和瑞贝克 (庆大霉素缓释片 )联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法 12 0例胆汁反流性胃炎分成实验组 70例 ,对照组 5 0例 ,实验组口服胃达喜片、贝络纳片与瑞贝克片 ,对照组口服硫糖铝片与吗丁啉片、疗程为 4周 ,治疗期间内镜复查 ,并观察腹痛、腹胀、恶心及呕吐胆汁等症状变化 ,其结果进行统计学分析。结果 两组治疗后的总有效率分别为 10 0 %和 82 % ,有统计学意义 (P=0 0 0 0 1)。结论 胃达喜、贝络纳和瑞贝克联合治疗 ,能够结合胃内胆酸 ,增强胃排空 ,阻止胆汁反流 ,保护胃粘膜 ,促进炎症愈合 ,是治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的有效药物。

Objective To discuss the effects on treatment bile riflux gastritis with shydrotalcite and mosapride and gentamycine. Methods 120 cases were divided into experimental group (70) and controlled group (50).The experimental group took shydrotalcite and mosapride and gentamycine.The controlled group took sucralfate and domperidone.The course was 4 weeks.They were perfermed endoscope and observed these symptoms of abdoinalgisa,abdominal distention,nauseated,vomiting bile.The results were proceeded statistical analysis. Results The total good rate of 2 groups were respectedly 100% and 82%.The difference was significant at statistical analysis (P=0.0001). Conclusion Shydrotalcite and mosapride and gentamycine could bind cholalic acid,reinforc gastric emptying,prevent bile regurgitation,Protect gastric mucosa,accelerate inflammation healing.They were effective medicine of treatment of the bile riflux gastritis.
