摘要
为了解不同剂型含氯复方消毒剂杀菌效果,在实验室采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验进行了观察。结果,以含有效氯200mg/L的片剂、1000mg/L的粉剂和2500mg/L的液体制剂,作用30min,对悬液内和载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率均达到100%。以含有效氯1 500mg/L的片剂和粉剂以及含2 000mg/L的液体剂型对悬液内和载体上HBsAg作用30min,可使其抗原性全部转阴。含体积分数25%小牛血清对三种剂型的含氯复方消毒剂杀灭悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果均有不同程度影响,对片剂影响更为明显。结论,三种剂型含氯消毒剂杀菌效果以片剂最好,但其受有机物影响最明显。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy of different dosage forms of compound chlorine-con-taining disinfectants, suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative germicidal tests in laboratory were used for observation. The results showed that the tablet containing available chlorine 200 mg/L, the powder containing available chlorine 1 000 mg / L and the liquid preparation containing available chlorine 2 500 mg/L with a 30 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension and on carrier. The tablet and powder containing available chlorine 1500 mg/L and the liquid preparation containing available chlorine 2 000 mg / L with a 30 min contact time could cause complete negative conversion of antgenicity of HBsAg in suspension and on carrier. 25% (v/v) calf serum had influence to various degrees on the efficacy of the 3 dosage forms of the compound chlorine-containing disinfectants in killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension and the influence was most obvious on the tablet. Conclusions: the tablet among the 3 dosage forms of chlorine-containing disinfectants had the best germicidal efficacy, but it was influenced mostly significantly by the organic substance.
