房山区非“非典”定点医院终末消毒效果评价

EVALUATION OF EFFICACY OF TERMINAL DISINFECTION IN NON-DESIG NATED "SARS" HOSPITALS OF FANGSHAN DISTRICT

为保障广大人民群众就医环境安全,对本辖区内35所非“非典”定点医院的终末消毒效果进行了评价。结果,医院室内空气消毒效果合格率为50.5％,物体表面合格率为65.2％,医务人员手合格率69.4％。紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为73.9％,使用中的消毒剂浓度合格率为90％,有2所医院的压力蒸汽灭菌器不合格。结果显示,本区内医院终末消毒效果合格率偏低,消毒工作基础比较薄弱,需要加强消毒工作管理力度。

In order to ensure safety of environment for medical care of mass of people, the efficacy of terminal disinfection in 35 non-designated 'SARS' hospitals of this district was evaluated. The results showed that the eligible rate of indoor air disinfection in hospital was 50.5% and the eligible rates of surfaces of objects, hands of medical staffs, radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps and concentrations of disinfectants in use were 65.2%, 69.4%, 73.9% and 90% respectively. The antoclaves of 2 hospitals were ineligible. The results indicated that the eligible rate of terminal disinfection in hospitals of this district is low and the basis of disinfection work is weak, so it is necessary to strengthen the administration of disinfection work.
