碘伏消毒液的毒性研究

STUDY ON TOXICITY OF IODOPHOR DISINFECTANT

为了解碘伏消毒液安全性,对其进行了急性经口毒性,蓄积毒性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和皮肤粘膜刺激试验。结果,碘伏消毒液对雌、雄小鼠急性经口毒性LD_(50)均>5000mg/kg(体重),小鼠蓄积毒性系数K>5,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性,对家兔皮肤、眼及大鼠阴道粘膜刺激指数均为0。结果显示,在本试验条件尸,该消毒液为实际无毒物质,有弱蓄积性,无致突变作用,对皮肤、眼及阴道粘膜均无刺激性。

in order to know the safety of iodophor disinfectant, acute oral toxicity, cumulative toxicity, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus tests and skin and mucous membrane irrita tion test were carried out. The results indicate that under the conditions of the present tests. this disinfectant is actually non-toxic substance, has weak accumulation and no mutagenic effect, and is non-irritative to skin, eye and vaginal mucosa.
