阿托伐他汀对脂多糖诱导的人肺上皮细胞分泌PGE_2和IL-6的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨阿托伐他汀 (atorvastatin)对经脂多糖 (LPS)诱导人肺上皮细胞 (A5 4 9)的炎症细胞因子PGE2 和IL 6分泌的影响。方法 :对LPS诱导的人肺上皮细胞给予不同浓度的阿托伐他汀干预 ,同时设置对照组 ,分别收集其培养上清液 ,采用ELISA方法 ,比较PGE2 和IL 6浓度。结果 :①在不同浓度的LPS诱导下 ,肺泡上皮细胞不同时间分泌PGE2 和IL 6浓度明显高于未经LPS诱导的对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。②阿托伐他汀不同浓度的干预 ,肺上皮细胞PGE2 和IL 6的分泌浓度较无阿托伐他汀干预组均有不同程度的降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :阿托伐他汀能降低脂多糖诱导的人肺上皮细胞炎症因子PGE2 和IL 6的分泌 。 Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on LPS induced PGE 2 and IL 6 secretions in human pulmonary epithelial cells (A549). Methods The supernates of LPS induced cultured human pulmonary epithelial cells from different intervention groups were collected to measure the concentrations of PGE 2 and IL 6 by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The concentrations of PGE 2 and IL 6 in supernates of LPS induced human pulmonary epithelial cells were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05) at different time points.The concentrations of PGE 2 and IL 6 in supernates of atorvastatin intervention groups at different levels were significantly lower than those in non intervention group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin decreased LPS induced PGE 2 and IL 6 secretions in human pulmonary epithelial cells (A549),which suggests that statins have anti inflammatory properties on human pulmonary epithelial cells.
