摘要
p33ING1b是由Garkavtsev等采用衰减杂交和体内选择技术分离的一个重要的抑癌基因,它的过表达可有效抑制细胞生长,促进无生长因子条件下的细胞凋亡。在抑制细胞生长过程中,p33ING1b与p53相互依赖,具有协同作用。本文对p33ING1b在乳腺癌中研究的进展作一综述。
p33ING1b, an important tumor suppressor gene, is isolated by Garkavtsev et al with substractive hybridization and subsequent selection of transforming genetic suppressor elements. Its over-expression can effectively inhibit cell growth and promote cell apoptosis. In this process p33ING1b and p53 rely on each other and have synergistic effect. In this article, we reviewed the research progress on p33ING1b gene in breast carcinoma.
