摘要
高粱茎秆大体可分为两类,一类是植株成熟时无汁液的干涸类型;另一类是多汁类型.甜高粱属多汁类型,并且汁液中含有一定的糖分,一般把糖分锤度8度以上的称甜高粱.甜高粱的糖分主要是蔗糖.甜高粱已被用来制糖、发酵造酒和作成良好的青贮饲料.甜高粱还具有高光效而生物产量高的性能。
The investigation showed that sweet sorghum can be improved by grain sorghum. Two of five female parents tested were grain sorghum with dry stalk,and other three sorghum with juice stalk in which there are lower sugar content.The male Parent (Roma) was a sweet sorghum. The parents, F_1,F_2, and F_3 of these crosses were planted in 1987 and 1988. Variance, correlation coefficient and linear regression coefficient were calculated. The results indicated that sugar contents in stalk wase quantitative character determined by polygene. The genes controlling lower sugar contents appear partial dominant effect. Heritability(h^2B) of sugar content was not high. The regression of sugar content in F_3 to F_2 was significant. The correlation between sugar contents and grain weight was significantly negative. The progenies with grain and sugar content can be obtained by gene recombination in crossing grain sorghum possessing dry and juice stalk with sweet sorghum.
