摘要
超声微泡造影剂经静脉注射到靶组织后 ,在超声能量作用下发生空化作用 ,能有效穿透血管内膜屏障 ,定向释放内部包裹的基因和药物 ,使局部浓度大大增高 ,达到靶向治疗的目的。脂质微泡因其壳的特性可以在其表面装配不同的配体 ,因而比白蛋白微泡有更高的传输效率。微泡可能成为靶向治疗的载体 ,但这种技术仍需做更多进一步的研究。
The ultrasound microbubble agents cavitate after IV injection by ultrasound energy.The genes and drugs incorporated in the microbubbles can pass across the endothelial cell barrier effectively,which reach the sufficient local concentrations at the specific tissue area and achieve target treatment effect.Microbubbles with lipid shell can be conjugated with the different ligands relying on the intrinsic properties,which make it possible to higher transferring efficiency for lipid microbubble than albumin microbubble.Microbubble may be a vector for target treatment.This technology need further study and development.
