内皮素是一种由 2 1个氨基酸残基构成的多肽 ,它通过与内皮素受体结合在急性心肌梗死的病理生理中起着重要的作用 ,比如扩大心肌梗死面积、诱发心律失常、加重心力衰竭等等。而内皮素受体拮抗剂却可阻断内皮素相应受体的生理学作用。
Endothelin is a kind of polypeptide composed of 21 amino acid residues.It plays an important role in pathophysiology of acute myocardial infarction by bonding with its receptors,such as increasing the size of myocardial infarction,inducing cardial arrhythmias,deteriorating heart failure and so on.However,endothelin receptor antagonists could block those physiological action meditated by endothelin.
