摘要 内皮细胞在再狭窄形成过程中的作用越来越受到重视 ,内皮细胞完整性的破坏及功能紊乱与内膜增殖及血管重塑有密切的关系。内皮细胞移植能替代、修复受损内皮的功能并抑制内膜过度增生。本文就内皮细胞种植预防支架内再狭窄的相关研究作一综述。
