Clinical Progress of Dofetilide in the Treatment of Arrhythmias

摘要 多非力特是一新的Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物 ,它有效转复持续性房颤或房扑 ,并有效维持窦律 ,对死亡率没有影响 ,其应用剂量应据肾功能和对QT间期的影响进行调整。 Dofetilide is a new class Ⅲ antiarrhythmic drug.It is effective in converting persistent atrial fibrillation or flutter and in maintaining sinus rhythm.Dofetilide have no effect on mortality.The dosage should be adjusted on the basis of renal function and its effect on the QT interval.
