摘要
采用硅酸钠、硫酸铝和硼酸制备了一种新型絮凝剂———聚硅酸硫酸铝硼(PSBA),探讨了SiO2/B、SiO2/(B及Al)的摩尔比等因素对PSBA絮凝性能的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺条件.研究表明:PSBA的pH适应范围较宽,且具有良好的稳定性.混凝处理靛蓝印染废水试验表明:PSBA的絮凝性能优于PASS、PAC、AS,且具有良好的去除CODCr和脱色能力,生成矾花快,絮体大,沉降性能好,具有低剂量高效能的特点,是一种优异的无机高分子絮凝剂.
A new polysilicate boron aluminum(PSBA) was prepared by using sodium silicate,(aluminum) (sulfate) and boricic acid as raw materials.The factors effecting the properties of PSBA,such as the molar ratio of SiO_2 to B, SiO_2 to B and Al were studied,and the optimum conditions were determined by the (experiments.)PSBA made under the optimum conditions was used in the treatment of indigo wastewater. The results showed that the removement rate of COD_(Cr) and decolorness property were superior to other sorts of (inorganic) polymer flocculants in the marketplace. It has advantages of wide range pH and eminent stability.
