New way of volume fraction measurement of water in oil based on capacitive sensor

摘要 提出了一种采用电容式传感器测量油品中水的体积分数的新方法,运用油品中水的体积分数的不同引起油水混合物的介电常数的变化原理设计相应的电容式传感器,传感器调理电路中运用最新集成电容/电压转换芯片XE2004,有效的消除了电路中的引线电缆的分部电容的影响。实验结果表明:当电容式传感器结构一定时,该方法能够较好的克服寄生电容及环境对电容式传感器的干扰,以较高的精度实现油品中水的体积分数的在线测量。 A new way to measure volume fraction of water in oil based on capacitive sensor is proposed. The sensor is designed by a phenomenon that the dielectric constant of the mixture of water and oil is varied according to their changing ratio. In the sensor adjusting circuit, a new type converter of capacity to voltage XE2004 is applied to effectively annihilate the influence of cable's distributed capacitance. Experiments show that with a stable structure of the senor,the scheme has strong ability to overcome the effect of parasite capacitance and environment on capacitive sensor and can realize an on-line measurement of volume fraction of water in oil in high precision.
