他汀类药物对多发性硬化的治疗作用 被引量：2

摘要 越来越多的研究发现3羟-3甲戊二酰-辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂——他汀具有免疫调节作用。目前证明他汀类在多发性硬化(MS)发病的多个免疫环节发挥治疗作用,如抑制抗原递呈,改变Th1/Th2细胞平衡,以及影响MHC-Ⅱ分子、粘附分子、细胞因子、趋化因子受体及基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)等蛋白分子的表达,可能有助于他汀类在MS等中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病的应用的进一步研究。
