α-黑素细胞刺激素的神经保护作用

摘要 α-黑素细胞刺激素对神经系统损伤具有明显保护作用,可抑制神经损伤后炎症反应及促进神经损伤后轴突再生和功能恢复。主要是通过作用于黑皮质素受体,抑制核转录因子(NF-κB)激活、减轻炎性细胞因子过度释放、增加神经细胞内腺苷酸环化酶含量等机制发挥作用。
