摘要 美国教育部自1979年建立以来,对美国教育政策产生了重大影响。20多年里,已经更换了7任教育部长,他们在教育政策的制定过程中发挥了重要作用。美国教育部长的变更反映了美国宏观教育政策的变化。 The U. S. Department of Education has had great impact on American educational policy since it was founded in 1979.
