The development of the modern information technology, accelerated the national informatization developments, the agenda of university developments is also mentioned in IT in education. This paper primarily introduced the relevant concept of the informatization, IT in education; discussed the challenge and countermeasure of higher education under the informatization background. This paper contributes to the development of university informatization and management of higher education.
