摘要
根据柴油机燃油预喷射的作用机理,研究了高压共轨柴油机实现燃油预喷射的控制策略,并对整机性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,燃油预喷射有效降低了柴油机的NOx排放、噪声、冷态白烟排放,并改善了柴油机冷起动性能。
Based on the investigation of the effects of the fuel pilot injection on diesel engine, the control strategies calcu-
lating the pilot injection fuel quantity, the pilot injection timing and the pilot injection period were designed and studied to
improve the diesel performance. Test results show that the fuel pilot injection can be used to effectively decrease the NOx
emission, noise, vibration, cold white smoke emission, and to improve the cold startability of diesel engine.
