摘要
针对工程应用中的波纹喇叭的结构特点,提出了波纹喇叭的空心齿结构形式和 2种制造工艺方法,即真空铝钎焊工艺方法和金属胶胶接工艺方法,有效地降低了波纹喇叭的结构重量。
According to the characteristics of the corrugated feedin horn,hollow tooth structure design method,vacuum brazing method and metal adhesive bonding method are presented.The corrugated feed in horn weight is effectively reduced.The system design demand is met.
